As a Level 3 Sound Healing Practitioner, I use traditional Tibetan sound bowls to create deeply restorative sound baths that support nervous system regulation, energetic release, and emotional balance.

 As a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, Neeta offers hands-on or distant healing sessions to clear emotional blocks, promote relaxation, and restore energetic balance.


Ideal for:
– Emotional healing and stress release
– Enhancing spiritual connection
– Energetic support during life transitions


Session Lengths: 50 minutes


Packages: 3, 5, or 10 sessions available (never expire)

🧘 Nervous System Yoga & Breathwork

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, these sessions help regulate your nervous system and anchor you in presence—no prior yoga experience needed.


As a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, I guide you through trauma-informed practices designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system resilience, and embodied self-awareness.

– Those looking to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, supported way
– Anyone seeking somatic practices to complement personal growth or leadership development
