NEWW TERMS OF USE

Welcome to NEWW, a digital platform tailored for nurses offering various features to enhance professional and social interaction, including feeds, connections with other users, chat, video calls, voice calls, job searches, and applications ("Service"). Fit To Be Strong Leader ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Service to you ("User" or "you"), subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use ("Agreement"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. 

NEWW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service strictly by the terms of this Agreement. 

 To access and use certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Verification for Nurses and Nursing Students. Access to the NEWW app is granted only after a verification process, which requires nurses and nursing students to prove their professional status. This can be achieved by uploading a valid nursing license or number, or by providing evidence of enrollment in a recognized nursing program. This process ensures that our platform is exclusively utilized by verified members of the nursing community.

• Employer Registration. Employers interested in accessing the app must directly register for an employer subscription. Access to the app's features, including job postings and direct communication with nurses, will be granted only after this registration process is complete. This measure is to ensure that only verified employers can engage with our professional nursing community.

•  Business Registration. Businesses seeking to advertise their services and offer promotions to the NEWW community are required to register for a specific subscription tailored for business users. Access for these purposes will only be provided once the subscription process is completed, ensuring a controlled and professional environment for our community. 

 You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing on the rights of others, or harmful to minors.
• Engage in any activities that would disrupt, damage, or harm the functionality of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

As a NEWW Plus user, you are part of a community dedicated to positive, educational, and self-care-oriented content. You agree to adhere to the following guidelines for any content you post on the NEWW app:

• Content Quality: All content must be positive in nature and focus on either educational aspects or promote self-care within the nursing community.
• Prohibited Content: Content that is negative, harmful, or does not align with the educational and self-care goals of the community is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, negative, offensive, defamatory, or derogatory material.
• Moderation and Enforcement: We reserve the right to review and moderate content posted by NEWW Plus users. If your content is found to be in violation of these guidelines, we may remove the content and/or terminate or suspend your access to the NEWW Plus features.

By accepting these Terms and using NEWW Plus, you contribute to a supportive and positive environment focused on the growth and well-being of our nursing community.

You retain all rights to the content you post on NEWW, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Service. 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms. 

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

In no event shall Fit To Be Strong Leader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. 

 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit To Be Strong Leader and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your posting or transmission of content on or through the Service. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 5 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
