NEWW REFUND POLICY

At Fit To Be Strong Leader, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how purchases made through NEWW are eligible for a refund. We understand that various circumstances may prompt the need for a refund, and we aim to facilitate this process transparently and efficiently. 

Digital Products and Services

 Given the nature of digital products and services offered through NEWW, including but not limited to, job application services, premium account features, and other in-app purchases, we generally offer refunds only under the following conditions:


  1. Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive a delivery email from us within the specified time after your purchase, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department within 1 day from the order placing date.
  2. Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our team's review. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any major deficiency is confirmed, and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other period agreed upon, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensation.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided. Users will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. 

Requesting a Refund

 To request a refund, customers are required to:

  • Submit a ticket to our customer support team detailing the reason for the request.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Comply with any additional requirements specified during the support process.


Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date

Refund Processing

Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
